Consultation is most fruitful when the friends arrive with prayerful hearts and reflections drawn from a year of service and learning.

Questions for Consultation
To lay the groundwork for focused and thoughtful consultation, the National Spiritual Assembly is providing the following questions for the friends to consider before they arrive:
What is your community learning about welcoming and accompanying diverse people into the institute process, and what helps their participation deepen over time?
How are devotional gatherings serving as portals into the life of the community and the institute process, and what is being learned about nurturing the relationships that emerge through them?
How are you creatively drawing upon the National Spiritual Assembly’s statement, A Common Endeavor: Realizing the Promise of America, in conversations and in settings such as firesides, institute activities, public gatherings, and other spaces for teaching and discussion? What has been learned from these efforts?
