This website exists to inform and welcome the friends of Electoral Unit 139. It collects as little information as possible.
What this website is
This is a simple informational website about Unit Convention. It does not have user accounts, sign-in or authentication, a user database, or forms that submit information to us. There is no first-party advertising tracking and no first-party behavioural analytics.
Embedded maps
Some pages embed Google Maps and Google My Maps content. When those embeds load, ordinary technical information — such as your IP address, browser and device information, and referring page — may be transmitted to Google, and Google may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own policies.
Embedded video
Video is embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com mode where it is currently implemented. Watching an embedded video still involves a connection to YouTube’s servers.
Browser storage
The site stores one small value in your browser’s sessionStorage (unit139-preview-dismissed) so that the introductory notice is not shown again during the same browser session. It is cleared when you close the browser tab or window, and it is not transmitted anywhere.
Photographs
Private residential addresses are not published. Children are not identified in photographs without appropriate permission. Photographs published here have had camera, device, timestamp, and location metadata removed.
Discussion
There is no public comment section, discussion board, or online consultation forum on this website.
