Help prepare, serve, and tidy refreshments with warmth.
Room preparation
Arrange seating, flowers, and materials for the sessions.
Audio and visual support
Assist with microphones, projection, and recordings.
Photography
Take photographs respectfully, following consent requirements.
Children or family support
Support families and any children’s programming offered.
Transportation assistance
Help friends who would appreciate a ride to the Convention.
Setup and cleanup
Lend a hand before and after the sessions.
